Conditions of Sale |
- The gallery images shown on the FandRFineArts.com website are digital scans/photo reproductions of the actual paper prints. The resolution and colors displayed on individual monitors may vary somewhat from the actual prints.
- All items purchased from F&R Fine Arts, Inc. are guaranteed as described.
- All prints are offered subject to prior sale. Please make sure to receive confirmation of availability.
- Packing, handling and shipping charges will be determined by the carrier. Unless otherwise requested, FedEx will be used for all shipments except standard "Ground" shipping within the Unites States, which will use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- Oversized prints will be quoted based upon size and weight, as will shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and foreign addresses. Any duties and taxes charged on international shipments will be the responsibility of the recipient.
- Prices and payment are in U.S. dollars. Payment may be made by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, check (U.S. banks only), money order, or wire transfer. We reserve the right to defer shipment until the funds have cleared.
- A receipt is provided giving full details of your purchase and serves as our certificate of authenticity.
- There is NO sales tax on shipments outside California. California residents will be charged sales tax of 9.25%.
- Payment should be sent to F&R Fine Arts, Inc., P.O. Box 24, San Ramon, CA 94583, USA.
- RETURNS: If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your prints for a refund of the purchase price within 10 days from the date of purchase. (Certain prints are not returnable, as noted in the item description.) Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns should be sent to us insured for the full retail value, postage prepaid, and must be received in the same condition as sent.
