Richard Castle has been concentrating in the field of Contemporary Art and Ukiyo-e printmaking. Richard received his B.A. in Art History from Saint Mary’s College of California.
After growing up in Hong Kong in a family of art dealers, they relocated to California and established a gallery in downtown San Francisco. Richard was exposed to a great majority of fine art and thus learned about the trade quite extensively. He has traveled broadly, using his time to visit numerous museums and private collections.
Richard assisted at Christie’s Auction House in New York learning the retail and customer side of the business while working first hand with clients and knowledgeable experts within the industry. His time at Christie's truly added to his passion to be in the trade of buying and selling important works of art for clients and collectors alike. Richard has worked with many of the top auction houses and museums including Christie's, Sotheby's, Bonham and Butterfield and The Asian Art Museum in San Francisco.
Our mission is to provide the best customer service available with our ability to locate high-quality works of art for a demanding client base. |
